Before you order from abroad
Can I get something delivered today?
No — same-day delivery is not offered at all, to anyone. Checkout shows the estimated delivery date for the address.
Do the billing and delivery addresses have to be in the same country?
No. Your billing address is yours in Canada; the delivery address is the recipient's in Illinois. Checkout expects them to differ on this kind of order.
Am I charged extra for ordering from abroad?
Not by us. Delivery is free on orders of $100 and over and priced at checkout below that, the same for every order. Your own bank may add a foreign-transaction fee, which is its charge, not ours.
Can the gift card message be in my language?
