    We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by carriers, couriers, fulfillment providers, weather, traffic, building access issues, security desks, hospitals, hotels, offices, gated properties, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
